Production Technology

All the plant equipment are with PLC controls. A brief summary of the main equipment is provided below:

Sheet metal working presses with automatic recoiling and feeding units were specially engineered and manufactured according to our needs by Japanese Aida (Italian Manzoni, former name) Group.

Continuous Welding Line is fully automatic and PLC programmable. Automatic material feed and testing unit was equipped. Our welding line was specially designed and manufactured by LEAS, a well-known Italian manufacturer in this field.

Automatic Pressure Testing Unit apply each radiator leak testing with an applied pressure of 13 bars.

Continuous Painting Line: Includes cleaning, iron phosphating, passivation, drying, coating with water based epoxy polyester primer, final electrostatic coating with epoxy polyester powder, and curing units. The painting system was manufactured in Turkey based on German design.

Automatic Packaging Line is individually bubble-wrapped each radiator. The radiator sides are protected by plastic corners with reinforced design. Then, shrink-wrapped to achieve maximum durability during transport and storage.
